JE's application also requires the following info:

1. Personal letter asking for admission and providing motives for it
2. 2 photos
3. Passport copy + birth certificate copy
4. CV
5. Diplomas copy
6. The CV of the company or document presenting the company
7. Since JE is a foreign candidate a letter from the US Ambassador in Paris + the Ambassador has to sign this application as well

a fitness club wants his CV and diplomas!? you gotta be kidding me! does he want to be on the Board of Directors for this club or he just wants to work out there? This seems like a lot of personal information if he just wants to work out! I don't really get it...

French private clubs are very complicated. This one in particular. Besides, he needs two references from the members - I already emailed someone I know in that club to get one.

I will need the following info as well:

1. The name of the universities JE attended and the degrees he got
2. The full names of his parents
3. Special honours and other activities - I was thinking of mentioning his science philanthropy - to make a good impression on the admission committee

I did, he knows. I will speak to him again tmw (he didn't have much time to talk yesterday), I believe he still wants membership

ok, sounds like it will be best for you to keep going on this with him...I have a copy of his passport I can give you. )...I think it is all very personal stuff and best for you to go over with him...
