Something is amiss I received an urgent message from my office that included the following in reference to JE:

"His accountants have been asking a lot of detailed questions lately and sent over a very detailed list of questions to . Some inquiries are financial in nature (but down to granular detail on fees, commissions and accounts receivable), some inquiries which are more akin to legal diligence (copies of CZM permits, EDC certificates, fuel contracts etc.) and some are operational (detail on headcount)• and I have scheduled a call with his accountant tomorrow afternoon and I will try to better understand what's going on and what he may really be after."

As this all occurred without announcement or context, The sense is that there is a witch hunt for something. Would be helpful to shine a light.
