Hello Ellen. I am trying to help facilitate the time for a call with Jeffrey, Carlyn and others. Jeffrey forwarded the times Carlyn is available to me... I just want to double check: I emailed Carlyn last night and she said she was not available at all today for a conf call, yet you show she is available from 3-5:00? If she is available today, this would be super and I would ask for 4:00pm. But can you double check on your end? Then I can ask the others as well for today. Otherwise, we were all discussing 2:30 on Friday. Let me know

According to her calendar she was free. But if she responded to you yesterday that she wasn't available I would go by that. As soon as she arrives to the office I will double check with her and let you know. Thanks and have a nice day.
