Please find enclosed our contract to sign me back asap to secure 100% the flight and the invoice. Can you please kindly advise the date of payment, asap before the departure?

As soon as I receive our contract signed by yourself or by your boss, I forward to you the complete flight brief with all the information passengers may need. As discussed, I will supervise the departure in Paris LBG and welcome the passengers.

Lastly, I need to have the passenger list (and if possible, passport details), catering and press specific request or special on-board services desiderata.

Please be aware that there is no flight attendant on-board.
