Attached please find the change of office and agent forms. Please let me know if there are any changes that need to be made. I did send them to you as word documents so you can make changes if you like.

Some of the LLCs listed Jeanne as a manager, so for those I made the manager the signatory. All the others I made Jeffrey sign as a member. As for the corporations I assumed most would be signed with Jeffrey as President and Darren as Secretary. Please let me know if this is incorrect and needs to be changed on any of the forms.

For J. Epstein Virgin Islands Foundation, Inc. the officers were listed as Jeffrey Epstein as President and Jeffrey Schantz as Secretary so that is who I made signatories for the form. Is this still accurate?
