Departure Time: Please contact us if you will be late for your departure. In order to ensure an on time departure, passengers should arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. Passengers have the flexibility of scheduling their flights for any time they choose, and thus are expected to be on time. If our schedule allows the airplane to wait for a passenger who is

late, ground wait charges of $75/hr will apply. In cases when our schedule does not allow the airplane to wait. the plane will depart and the passengers will be billed for their flight.

Reservations, Cancellations and Changes: If you are chartering and cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time, you will be charged a two hour minimum and be responsible for any relocation costs already incurred.

Additional Charges: Cleaning, catering, deicing, customs fees and customer delays will be billed at cost after completion of the flight.
