Please take a look at this couple for LSJ. I have spoken to them and met them about two years ago from their interest in estate management positions when I was with Starkey International.

This husband and wife couple have expertise, experience, management and hands on skills sets to be considered for managing outside and inside of LSJ - between the two of them they would be able to bring up and manage any of the areas required.

Have helped create the environment for and managed an island.

Have worked with high net worth Principals and high net worth guests.

Know how to work with island people and vendors on behalf of the Principal.

Understand creating and maintaining the high standard in all areas - would be able to implement and follow any service protocols from Director of Residences for all areas for the Principal.

Deep landscaping background - have had to create and maintain large ground and manicured environments.

Deep construction background - able to not only maintain, but build structures themselves.

Deep mechanical background for marine and land- able to maintain and rebuild engines, generators, desal plants.

Deep maintenance background for land and marine- for sophisticated to simple structures to equipment to vehicles to boats and recreational vehicles.

Deep housekeeping, cooking, entertaining, guest care background - for the high level of service I would require for the Principal and his guests.

According to them they love challenges and working to get all exactly right. Understand creating and maintaining the high standard in all areas - would be able to implement and follow any service protocols from Director of Residences for all areas for the Principal. They manage by setting the example and participate in responsibilities.

They are worth a conversation.
