Andrew said he would be honored to join Jeffrey and The ex-prime minister tomorrow. However, he must step out and take a call at 3:15, so if that would be disrespectful to the prime minister he would need to demur.

Morning Cheslie! Jeffrey says Andrew should come at 3pm. It will be ok for him to excuse himself for the phone call at 3:15 and then re enter when he is done!
