I'm forwarding you the Baroness and boarding pass. Can you please print them and give them to the chauffeur who will then give them to the Baroness ?
You'll find as well the telephone number of Mel who will coordinate the VIP service at their arrival at JFK airport. Can you (or the chauffeur) call Mel to indicate when they'll arrive and then Mel will welcome them as soon as they arrive.
