Yes, she knows, as I think it is best to get out in the fore front, otherwise all we will do is possibly waste your valuable time, If I don't mention it, there of course will be so much interest up front, but it will result in a teaser situation and then have people back out in the end, I try to get a feel for the candidate, so that at least we know they have an open mind, I really want to find someone, and have Jeffery feel comfortable interviewing someone that is at least possible, I realize everyone's time is valuable the last thing I want is to have an inflexible person meet Jeffrey, have him interested to later find they are not flexible, So in essence, trying my best to be respectful of both your time and Jeffery's. :)

Cat just left...I like her...she seems to me, to have the right well rounded background for this job. She seems mature and not all giddy and flighty...but with a nice personality. Anything else you can tell me to help 'sell' her?... I think I have a lot of positive things already, but anything you can add would be helpful. Also, can you tell me how old she is? I am guessing somewhere between 32-36? I am going to work on an email. to send to Jeffrey on her today/tomorrow...I also had her meet with Rich Kahn, our head of accounting and all things Jeffrey person...
I believe that she is in the 32-35 range, I would say that is about right, I would also say being that she has extensive travel experience and she has been exposed to high net worth individuals in the past that her personality is shaped with added maturity, she is conversational French, fluent in Spanish so those things can be helpful sometimes, She seemed to really enjoy meeting you both today :) I like the fact that she has an open mind as well.

I'm glad she enjoyed meeting us too, because that is what this job is about...being able to function in a somewhat dysfunctional weird, BUT amazing place...thanks for the below...I want to get a really great synopsis done ...will work on it ...would be s00000 happy if we could replace Jeffrey's traveling assistant for him!
