I reserved the two bedroom apartment at the Club. We used 8 days of my 21 day allocation so we still have 13 days left. We can put the reservation in Dr. Krauss's name as we get closer to the date. I will give the information to Bebe, and Dr Krauss can coordinate with her as the time gets closer, so that Bebe can have the concierge arrange for some basic food shopping to be done which would be waiting for him when he arrives.
