Hello Antoine...Jeffrey is hoping you can help out with a letter of invitation for his friend, Karyna Shuliak, to go to St. Barth's Oct. 3- Nov. 3...she is applying for a visa this Friday Sept. 18th. We have tried to secure her a hotel but many hotels are either booked, not open until Oct. 18th or require prepayment in full for entire stay with no money back if cancelled.
Might you be able to provide her with a letter? The French Overseas Territories Visas website states the below. Please let us know if this is something you can help out with. Thank you:
if you are staying with family or friend(s) you must present a certificate of board and lodging "Attestation d'Accueil", which has to be obtained by your relatives or friends at the city hall ("Mairie"). The original needs to be stamped by this consulate to be valid and should be presented upon arrival in France.

Do you think you could ask your friend who has the hotel if they could please just provide a letter confirming a reservation for Karyna from Oct. 3-Nov. 3 ...this would be "proof of accommodation" It needs to be on their letter head and in PDF form so she can print and take with her to embassy...she does not really need to stay at this hotel (so even is your friend has no availability for her dates that is ok ;) she is only trying to obtain the visa...
PROOF OF ACCOMODATION (for the whole length of your stay) (+1 copy) Confirmed and personal reservation from the hotel(s) in France and in the Schengen countries to be visited and which must be sent directly to you and not to the Consulate, confirming your reservations for each night you will spend in France and the Schengen States (we do not accept emails confirmations),
or
personal hotel vouchers confirming your booking for a tour with names and addresses of all hotels with the number of nights stay in each (+ i copy),
would she stay that long in hotel ? taiwana hotel in st barth?
