no wonies...he is probably on subway...i have not put anything on the calendar...it's a work in progress..not positive how we manage this?

He just got back to me and said that he knows what the calendar is about and it's too difficult to set it up to my iCal. He will come in to the office when he can (he's booked for the rest of today though)

[x] thinking (and this is just a suggestion, open to all ideas to making managing this calendar/tasks
as easy as possible for us all) that we put the punch list in the calendar and whenever someone
does something, we add on to description.

Example:

	Ranvar Corp. Mr. Nester: Order 2 new	Ranvar Corp. Mr. Nester: Order 2 new	Ranvar Corp. Mr. Nester: Order 2 new	Ranvar Corp. Mr. Nester: Order 2 new

It is exactly what I am thinking...! Do you think typing in the lists to the calendar is a project you could take on to get started once James gets you up? I am going to put in a few line items now to see if Daph and Ann can see them as well! make sure it is all working ;) Let me know when James says he can come to you...

Yes! I can def put all the tasks in once my calendar is functioning. I can see the LSJ calendar if I log on to but it's not on my outlook.

And of course, I will let you know when James says that he will stop by.
