Hello...I understand Arthur would like to come see Jeffrey on his island located off of ST. Thomas around Jan. 25th. He will need to fly to the St. Thomas airport..from there, we can get him to Jeffrey's island (either by boat or helicopter depending on if the pilot will be on island or not)...Please let me know of his arrangements and I am happy to help!

You have it ALL correct! Not a lot of options. Check Jet Blue ... And think they go to Puerto Rico and then you can take a carribean airline to STT (Cape Air or Seaborne) but not sure it will get him in any earlier).
