Eric said that he had a good Skype interview with Mr. Epstein earlier.
He mentioned about coming in to cook for him and two other people in NYC next Saturday, Jan. 16th. I just wanted to confirm this with you and Eric wants to get some additional information so he can prepare some menus and email them to you.

Food allergies
Time for the lunch for 3 people
Any specific request from Mr. Epstein Eric will arrive on Friday, he will be staying at a friend's place but he wants to get a quick look at the kitchen before he comes back on Saturday morning to cook. Is this possible?
He will email proposed menus and I'll forward them to you. He will shop for food and will submit receipts for reimbursement including his travel expenses. He will leave after lunch and after the interview.

Totally fine for Eric to come have a look at Jeffrey's kitchen on Fri. Jan. 15th..we can circle back to his timing as the date approaches (but it should be before 5pm if possible..) Lunch for 3: yes.no special requests (if this changes, I will let you know!.12:30 for the lunch on 16th. Jeffrey is also kindly offering one of his guest apartments for Eric to stay in if he would prefer.he said he was staying with friends.but the apartments are located upper east side not too far from Jeffrey's residence. Of course completely up to him! If he would prefer to visit with his friends while in NY it is totally understandable! Yes, to reimbursement for food and travel expenses...

Eric said that he will just stay at his friend's place but he would like to thank Mr. Epstein for the generous offer. He also said that he will arrive in NYC early Friday morning and if it is okay, he can go to the residence at 10:00 AM to take a quick look at the kitchen and see the equipment/plates/utensils he can use. Is the timing okay? He also wants to know if Mr. Epstein will prefer fish or meat as main course. Please advise.

Michelle, 10am for a visit to Jeffrey's residence will be fine. Jeffrey's address is 9 East 71st street between 5th and Madison (as a reminder!) Jeffrey is not answering me on meat or fish. I will tell you he has been very in to strip steak lately! and I think he is more of a meat person, but whenever we have guests he usually does both so there is a choice.if I get any feed back from JE on what he wants I will pass along...

great...and something for him to think about is Jeffrey can always change his mind in an instant...sometimes he may be very specific on what he wants and other times not so much...he may say lunch will be 3 people then all of a sudden it is 5 people...etc...he should have a few ideas for meal plans for sure!
