Thank you for contacting me about Jeffrey's interest in Palazzo Tecci Blunt in Rome. I have reached out to our office there both by email and phone, and stressed the time-sensitive nature of getting access to this house today or tomorrow.

As soon as I hear back, I will let you know. If they don't reply in the near future, I will contact them again. At the moment, it seems that the office is closed for some reason!
