Dear Dr Richard Harries,

I am contacting you in hope that you are the cosmetic surgeon that I have been looking for for 20 years. I am not sure if you remember me but I was one of your first patients of your career of which you conducted cosmetic surgery at the Wallaroo Hospital in the year 2001. My name is Jacqueline Pearce, although at the time of the surgery I was married and was under my married name of McDiarmid. At that time when I had the first consultation with you we discussed that you would be willing to do the surgery on the basis that I would allow you to take photographs of the surgery following the procedure as a basis for the beginning of your career to represent your work and expertise to your patients. Upon this basis I agreed and the procedure was performed. I then attended two appointments following the procedure which you did take the photographs according to our agreement. Unfortunately due to the abusive man that I was married to at the time, who was also very controlling and ordered that I was not to attend the third and last appointment or I would be physically abused I did not attend the final appointment, and I was not able to complete our agreement. I have been carrying this guilt of letting you down for the past 20 years and did not know how to find you following this event, as I'll be honest all paper work was destroyed containing your name by my husband, who was suspicious of a man, a doctor making this agreement with his wife and the reason I could not attend the final appointment, his jealousy of a man being nice to me, which this kind of treatment continued for the 17 years I was married to him resulting eventually in my isolation from society, until I divorced him in 2007, and got a restraining order against him.

I have recently been given your name on a medical record obtained from Dr Richard Daehn, Kadina Medical Association and could not believe my luck. I finally found you.

I am contacting you to inform you of the circumstances of that event, and the fact that I always felt I had let you down and wanted to ask you if we could complete the agreement and take the last photograph of your brilliant work even though it is 20 years later, but as you stated then I would need to maintain the surgery repair and I have done just that with exercise over the last 20 years and the work that you performed is still brilliant and would be of great be I think to show your patients of the lasting effects of your brilliance.

I would like to introduce myself, my name is Jacqueline Pearce. I have been a resident of Kadina for 3 years and have a background in Business Development, Business Management and Administration and am currently developing a community centre, commencing as a Non for Profit Organisation to support victims of crime, trauma, abuse and grief, and equipping the victims of these nature's with the support and life skills to rebuild their lives or gain support from their feelings of isolation or overwhelming helplessness.

Dear Pitstop Technologies, The Manager,

I am contacting you to ask for your pardon concerning a previous issue that arose between our business transactions previously.

This issue involved a miscommunication involving one of your technicians and myself, and myself either not explaining myself correctly or your technician not understanding the description correctly or not hearing me correctly, which in turn resulted in a what was misconstrued as "unethical conduct" on my behalf.

The issue also involved me asking to speak to the involved technician just outside of the office as at the time it was in regards to the covid pandemic and the fact that I due to health reasons could not be vaccinated against covid and was concerned about the multiple people in the small space of the front office and social distancing and the risk to my health.

In hindsight I should have waited outside the office for your customers to be finished and stepped inside the office, as I can now understand that my actions could have been conceived and misconstrued as unethical or something unethical taking place concerning your business and technician. I did apologise for my actions then and apologise once more for this misunderstanding.

I can assure you at no time was this interaction in anyway unethical or to blame involving either parties involved.

I had actually asked if your company and technicians worked on the weekends and when the technician informed that you didn't I asked for an exception and I was willing to pay for whatever costs to me it was going to cost, as the issue was important and vital to rectify immediately.

It was my understanding that the technician would ask you the manager concerning this request but instead the request was misconstrued and misunderstood, and I received an email alleging unethical practices on my behalf and you the manager had forbidden my business with your company.

Concerning your reaction although I was insulted your reaction was also reassuring to the tight security measures of your practice, as I am heavily involved in major business developments, and at the time confirmed as a victim of organised crime, which did involve computer and email hacking, which your technician involved had confirmed and rectified with the tight security measures he had placed on my computer and the remote computer monitoring of your company.

I am currently involved in a major community business development involving multiple Government sources and officials, which includes our local Government Fraser Ellis MP and the Premier of South Australia and currently have an issue with the same business email system GoDaddy which your technician, Brennon previously rectified and am requesting a pardon of our previous differences and a request to once again conduct business between us.

I can reassure you that this information provided in this email is true and correct and advise if you need further reassurance to contact the office of Fraser Ellis MP who can reassure you of this information of the current business developing involving third parties of Government support and acknowledgement, and our business and professional interactions involving the above mentioned parties.
