We do not have AMEX ACH/payment instructions on file to send funds from your UBS account to AMEX. The AMEX auto payments seem to have been set up externally to pull funds directly from your UBS account. Please confirm if you would like us to transfer $130,000 from your cash/savings account to your check/card account, where the last AMEX transfer was debited from.
