• We are adding Crane Co. (CR) to the Dividend Ruler stock list. Crane is a diversified manufacturer of engineered industrial products. Its two largest business segments are Fluid Handling and Aerospace & Electronics representing 70% of sales. Crane has increased its dividend per share at an annualized rate of 12.6% over the past ten years.

• We are removing Roche Holding (RHHBY). Dividend per share growth over the next few years appears increasingly likely to fall below our list's minimum 4% threshold.
