ONE of the young women paid to give massage-loving billionaire Jeffrey Epstein erotic rubdowns at his Palm Beach mansion, and who's now suing him for allegedly causing her to "suffer severe and permanent traumatic injuries," will have to find a new lawyer. The Florida Supreme Court has suspended Jeffrey Herman from practicing law for 18 months following a complaint by the Florida Bar, which accused him of conflict of interest for representing an aircraft-parts firm while operating a competing business without his client's knowledge.

Bob Josefsberg called me recently to tell me that he wasn't getting paid. He said he didn't want me to do anything about it, but they may be filing a suit claiming breach of contract.
