Hi Denise – These dates are all too far away. Can you provide me with dates in September? Thank you.

I apologize, but the only date I have available in September is September 18, 2007. Both Mr. Riley and Mr. Richey will be out of the state on vacation for the first half of September and Mr. Richey has oral argument scheduled in the Third DCA on September 25, 2007. If Mr. Riley's testimony goes longer than one day, we will need to postpone the continuation until October as procedure done on September 19, 2007.

Let me know if September 18th is acceptable and I will schedule it on our calendar.

Hi Danise — Thank you so much. The 18th is fine. I don't think there is any possibility that the testimony will last longer than a day, I would estimate 3- 4 hours at most. My guess is that we will start in the late morning or early afternoon, but I won't know for certain until closer to the date. Can you ask the two gentlemen to keep that whole day free, and I will ask the grand jury coordinator to try to set us for around 1:00.
