Met with Alan Dershowitz:
He asked for us to terminate his community control/supervision early. I said no. I said that we would also object to any attempt to transfer his supervision to Jeff's Island.
He wants assurance that the Government won't indict him for a "minor" breach. He gave a few examples of a "minor" breach: 1) Josefsberg wants $2 million as a fee — they think it is unreasonable; and 2) Epstein wants to swim in his pool. I said we weren't going to modify the deferred prosecution agreement; however, I said that the Office — through the chain of command - would evaluate any alleged breach but we're not trying to play "gotcha" with him.
He claims "but he could be wrong" that provided [ ] with names of "victims" who were not on the original victim list. I said that was ridiculous.
Since I refused to agree to his requests, he asked to meet with us - and me - to try to reduce Jeffrey's anxiety level that we looking for ways to breach the agreement . I said we could meet after the New Year.
Let me know if you have any scheduling conflicts for the first or second week of January. Thanks,

I can do the 4th, 8th, 11th, 12th, and 13th. I have set aside the 5th, 6th, and 7th to label all the exhibits in [redacted] but I can do those days if nothing else works. Let me know and I will check with [redacted]
As to point 3, I haven't even given the "original victim list," much less a list of anyone else. He is just [ ] fishing.
So, Professor Dershowitz wasn't looking for a purely social visit. What a shock.

Thx. I laughed when he said "Brad Edwards"
I am shocked that I got a "but he could be wrong." When do you want to have dinner?
