Hi Brad – I searched the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office database and the Clerk of Court’s Office. Here is the status, from what I could find. [ ] has been in custody for days. She has no bond.

She is charged in [redacted] with trafficking in amphetamine (28-200 grams). The discovery says it was methamphetamine.

She is charged in with felony petit theft and resisting an officer without violence.

She is charged in with a probation violation. In that case, she first violated probation in January 2016. In February 2016, she was found in violation and probation was modified. In April 2016 she violated again on the petit theft charge. The violation notice was amended to add the drug charge in mid-April, and there has been no activity since then. The underlying offense that led to the probationary sentence was petit theft (3s offense).

There is a final disposition hearing on all the cases set for . Her counsel on all the cases is Julian Hayes,
