I am writing to ask for your help in obtaining records related to the now closed criminal case against Jeffrey Epstein, who was convicted of a sex offense by federal prosecutors related to trafficking of underage girls in Palm Beach, Florida.
This is a story about the case
I cannot find any information about his case in Pacer in any of the Florida federal courts.
Is there someone who can assist me in obtaining the indictment, any superseding indictments, and the plea agreement for Mr. Epstein?
I also was wondering if any of his victims were ever named in any documents or if they spoke at his sentencing, and if so, how I might find them.

I understand that we do not normally comment and/or provide information regarding the Epstein matter. Of course, the reporter can access items in the public record (ie: indictments, etc) but it would appear that he/she has not yet tried that approach. Is there any information that I may provide the reporter? Thanks- Sarah
Jeffrey Epstein was never charged federally. He was charged in the Palm Beach County Circuit Court, 15th Judicial District, Case No. 2006-cf-00949SAXXXMB. In June 2008, he pled guilty and was sentenced. Documents in that case should be available in the court file.
The Non-Prosecution Agreement that Epstein entered into with the U.S. Attorney's Office, in September 2007, is not in the public record. I am copying as she may know more. Thanks.
