Re: Jeffrey Epstein case -- Sensitive

Hi everyone -- I finally received the 302 of the interview of in Australia. She was identified through the original investigation of Jeffrey Epstein and was dubbed "Jane Doe #1" because she was the earliest known minor and the one who was with him the longest. She was unwilling to cooperate during the original investigation. She did benefit from the Non-Prosecution Agreement and received a settlement from Jeffrey Epstein (she was represented by the appointed Attorney Representative, Bob Josefsberlien photographs of Jeffrey Epstein with Prince Andrew in New York City were published this past winter, decided to go public and spoke to a British newspaper. She then agreed to speak to the FBI.

She provided a lot of information, much of which is sensitive. Now that the agents have completed the 302, they are asking for grand jury subpoenas and other guidance on how to proceed. I have not issued any grand jury subpoenas and have asked the agents to wait for a little while until the following issue is resolved.

In light of how the victims' civil suit has developed, I have spoken with and about whether I should [ ] [ ]
provide guidance to the agents or if the matter should be reassigned to someone else. Ms. ' information
includes some information that could lead to referrals to other U.S. Attorney's Offices for prosecution, but I am
not certain whether I should even be involved in making those sorts of recommendations.
