I don't really agree with offering a 30-year plea, but everyone else seems to think I am wrong. Can we discuss when you have a chance? Thanks.

Is he going to take 40?
Just got back from the plea. Ile took an indeterminate sentence (between 15 and 130) with the possibility of cooperation. The judge is going to give him 130 years, I think. I am doing a press release now.

Yes, there is a family in Chicago that is pimping out their little girls. The agents think thatM can give enough identifying information to find them. There also are a number of people from his Yahoo! address book who have not yet been identified.
On the Leap Year front, FBI apparently got a recent tip about a 14-year-old in Arizona who had a problem several years ago with the target.
I am meeting with the agents on Thursday to get a sense of how close we are to preparing and indictment.
