   • Bring up the case the evidence is associated with
   • Click the Recharge Button (Select Flatha rge from the "Actions" drop-down on the right hand corner menu in Sentinel)
   • If the item needs to be reset because it has been recharged 3 times —contact one of our ECTs to reset the recharge for you

2. Physically Bring your evidence to the Evidence Control Unit (ECU)

   • Located on the 27th Floor of 26 Federal Plaza
   • Walk In Hours: 8:15AM-5:00 PM

3. Physically Bring your Evidence to the Bronx Facility

   • Walk In Hours: 6:30AM-4PM
