My squad is investigating Jeffrey Epstein for human traffickin . Part of the investigation was identifying potential victims/co-conspirators. We've identified one, DOB who we believe may be working for mastercard and living in London. Could you potentially use local resources to find a known location for her? And if so, we'd like your office to conduct a knock and talk. I can send over a detailed EC, along with a lead, if this is possible.

We believe likely is a co-conspirator, and would need to be served with a Grand Jury Subpoena.

We are going to be out of pocket next week for this case, but when I return I can reach out. The thought process was to allow the local police department to conduct the interview, if they wish. If she declines, so be it. We were hoping to hold off on an MEAT unless they decide to charge her.

If the local PD won't do the interview without an MAT, we can discuss with the AUSAs to see if that is feasible.

I have cc'd the case agents on the case as well.
