I am a Threat Intake Examiner (TIE) at the National Threat Operations Center (NTOC) where we receive information from the public about potential FBI investigations. The following information is being forwarded for your situational awareness and any action deemed appropriate.

On 08/19/2019, at 5:48 p.m. Eastern Time, date of birth cellular telephone number called the FBI National Threat Operations Center (NTOC), to report he received a phone call from the FBI New York Field Office to his personal telephone while he was in a meeting. =stated he provided valuable information regarding the Jeffrey Epstein case, and was returning the phone call.

This a verbatim copy of the information provided when he called NTOC on 08/12/2019. A Crisis Intake document [ ]
was drafter containing same information:

=own his own business and has computer knowledge.ias a work tool that allows him to research and look
up addresses, telephone number, etc. said he has done reverse research on the domain mentioned in Jeffrey [ ]
Epstein's black book ellmax.com. The domain for ellmax.com registrar was not private. Three names were listed: David

[REDACTED] said this information is related to the Delta accounts and alias of Epstein’s friend, Ghislane Maxwell. [REDACTED] said he reset Jeffrey Epstein’s delta.com account by using “forgot my password.” Using Epstein’s member number in the black book. [REDACTED] answered the security questions which asked for email address and public address. [REDACTED] used Epstein’s home address which is of public domain and used Turner’s email address listed on ellmax.com. [REDACTED] said he would share the new password with the FBI. [REDACTED] saved the screenshots of the Delta account and white pages with [REDACTED] addresses.”
