We received a request to send some GJ files to HQ, is there a specific form/cover sheet we need to attach to the shipment? Any guidance on shipping these type of files to HQ is much appreciated.

• All files should be wrapped 2 times & fiber taped on all edges and creases of envelope (sealed).

• First wrapping should have al stamp on front and back, second wrap should not show al stamp.

• They should be placed in a box then brown paper wrap that box.

This is the same way you would wrap a Secret file for shipment. Just, replacing the red secret stamp for the GJ stamp.
