I have just been I touch with Ms. [Redacted] concerning:

Please be advised that in reconciling information with I have apprised her that a review of TECs records indicate:

2. I have not received a full INS report from the New York Operations Command (NYOC). However, I am informed that if a subject is a permanent resident alien (and not a naturalized US citizen) then he/she must still be vetted through IOD.

3. I reviewed her
   TECS records. I did not order an INS from our operations center.

Based on the date of the meeting (10/23/2019) it is imperative that all information and documents required by IOD be sent to their attention as they have an extensive vetting process, and IOD is the only entity that can grant approval for foreign nationals to access FBI space..
