Request Information

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, I request copies of all records, communications, and documents in the FBI's possession that relate to Pam Bondi's request for files, records, or investigative materials related to Jeffrey Epstein, as well as any internal discussions. deliberations, or responses within the FBI resulting from or concerning that request.

Specifically, this request includes but is not limited to:

1. All communications (including emails, letters, memoranda, text messages, and other written or electronic correspondence) between Pam Bondi (or her representatives) and the FBI regarding any request for records related to Jeffrey Epstein.

2. All FBI records reflecting receipt of, processing of, or responses to any such request from Pam Bondi or her representatives.

3. Any internal FBI communications (including emails, interoffice memos, meeting notes, and briefing materials) discussing, deliberating, or referencing Pam Bondfs request for Jeffrey Epstein-related records.

4. Any records. notes. reports, or meeting summaries generated by the FBI in response to or as a result of the request by Pam Bondi.

5. Any discussions or decisions made within the FBI regarding the release,

withholding, or handling of information related to Pam Bondi's request for

Jeffrey Epstein-related records.

To ensure efficiency in processing, I request that all reasonable search terms be used, including but not limited to:

This request includes all relevant records from January 1, 2008, to the present, regardless of classification status. If any responsive records are classified or contain exempt material, I request that all reasonably segregable portions be released and that any redactions be justified in writing as required by law.

I request that the records be provided in an electronic format where possible. I am willing to pay reasonable fees for search and duplication. However, if the anticipated fees exceed 550, please notify me in advance. Additionally, I request a fee waiver on the grounds that disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest, as it concerns the actions
