Hope you’re doing well. EAD Chief of Staff (copied above) just reached out with a question from the Deputy regarding the Jeffrey Epstein case. The Deputy asked whether our investigation to date indicates the “client list”, often referred to in the media, does or does not exist.

Can VCACS please answer this question and provide a status update on the Epstein case? Has our investigation concluded?

If you can please reply all to this email with a response ASAP so EAD can respond to the Deputy, that would be great.

CACHTU spoke to the case agent and confirmed no "client list" existed. An address book was entered into evidence at trial, but it is not a "client list" as depicted in the media. The current status of the investigation into Epstein is concluded and the case is pending inactive.
