Happy Sunday everyone —

I know NY was planning to send the case agents down to be here tomorrow. Please feel free to stand down on that. There's a few moving parts on the review and want to make sure their trip would be worthwhile if made.

(Adding in from the Director's Office who is tracking, as well as A/USA for visibility.)

I can't promise we won't need them to come down in the future, but at least not for Monday and I'm hopeful not the first part of this week. I'll try to give as much notice as possible if we do need them to be here in person at some point.

Good afternoon

I am providing an update regarding Epstein evidence transport and reviewing status.

Per ODAG office Coreen Mao (see email below) NYO does not need to send agents to DC today to assist in reviewing evidence.

However, NYO agents are already en route to DC with all evidence pertaining to the Epstein suicide investigation as originally planned, and they will continue to WFO transfer the evidence. The evidence will be in place and ready for DOJ review. Agents will return to NY once transfer is completed.

NYO will have all needed agents ready to deploy to DC to assist DOJ in the reviewing all evidence.
