BLUF: Alan Dershowitz (Dershowitz) is referenced in the Jeffrey Epstein child sex trafficking investigation within two FD-302s. Dershowitz was not considered a subject in this investigation and no evidence was uncovered during the investigation to suggest Dershowitz was involved in the abuse of minors. The following is a description of the content of these FD-3025 and the manner with which Dershowitz was referenced.

Proffer #1 with in July 2019: was an employee of Epstein and traveled with Epstein to Epstein's Island, Boston, New Mexico, and Paris. In Boston, they met with Dershowitz. Dershowitz received a massage from " understood these massages to be more professional massages and different than the massages the girls provided.

Proffer #2 with in September 2019: saw on Twitter that Dershowitz stated he was with his wife [ ] [ ]
and kids when he was at Epstein's home. met with Dershowitz and he was alone in the house with no [ ]
wife and no kids when he received a message [indicating he lied on Twitter].

Also, we do not believe that Dershawitz was formally involved with Epstein's defense in any of the Federal matters. Obviously, we do not know conclusively about the Florida state matter, but nobody remembers him being part of the defense team in that matter either.
