I wanted to provide an update on the three questions we discussed yesterday:

1. Total Data Size (estimated) of the totality of what was delivered to DOJ from February 2025 – May 2025.
2. Paper Documents

2. Terminology to use to differentiate between MCC videos and 1-2 lines description of work done

Status: The tech team is deciding between two terms to use ('[redacted]')

Description of work done: increased the contrast, balanced the color and slightly improved the sharpness of edges. These types of enhancements are typical for video of any quality of any

resolution. These types of enhancements allow the human eye and brain interpret it as clearer, richer, and more detailed. None of these steps can re-create detail that was never captured. This is standard for video enhancement.

3. Date FBI closed the suicide investigation

90A-NY-3151227 encompassed a deferred prosecution agreement for two guards executed on 05/21/2021, and was closed on 12/5/2022.

Good morning

Our Deputy asked we compile unsealed photos from both the trafficking and suicide cases to provide on a thumb drive. These photos are all contained within materials the FBI previously submitted. My colleague will be bringing a thumb drive when he heads over for the AGs morning operational brief.

Additionally, our OTD team is ensuring all videos from the same camera - both raw and refined - have the exact same run time to the second. They are confirming this and will provide a new link if there is a change.
