Judge Moses,

Pursuant to our conversation a few minutes ago, the affiant Agent and I have made the following revisions to the application and affidavit referenced below.

With respect to the location of the taxidermied dog, the prior application included the sentence:

Inside the Subject Premises, in what appears to be EPSTEIN's office, on or about the second floor of the Subject Premises, I observed what appears to be a taxidermied dog (the "Dog").

That has been revised as follows:

Inside the Subject Premises, in what appears to be EPSTEIN's office, on or about the second floor of the Subject Premises, I observed what appears to be a taxidermied dog (the "Dog").

Separately, the Rider of the warrant now reflects the following language in the "Items to be Seized" section:

i. Any and all taxidermied dogs.

ii. Any and all massage tables and massage paraphernalia.

iii. Any and all busts or three-dimensional representations of female human torsos.

iv. Any and all photos or representations depicting nude or partially nude women located in the Massage Room, as defined herein.

v. Any and all sex toys and paraphernalia located in the Massage Room, as defined herein.

vi. A binder labeled "PB Girls" and any other documents or communications with or regarding victims or potential victims of the Subject Offenses.

If that accurately reflects your modifications, I will send the entirety of the documents immediately.

Pursuant to our conversation a few minutes ago, attached please find a completed set of materials for the search warrant.

Agent if you could please print out a copy of the attached document, and then Facetime call Judge Moses at she will swear you in and then ask you to sign in ink on the first page and numbered page 8. I expect she will also ask you to sign a slash-5 ("/s/") where there is a line for her signature on the first page; numbered page 8; and the Warrant page which is the fourth page back from the end.
