Our office received another SF95 from and another victim, alleging negligence related to the Epstein investigations. I have attached the claim for reference. There is currently a litigation hold related to As an FYI, I will be amending the litigation hold or sending out new litigation holds. To the extent there are any physical files regarding the relevant investigations into Epstein/Maxwell (50D-NY-3027571), please make sure they are not destroyed.

You're welcome. When we first opened the NY investigation we tried looking more into it. We contacted the Miami agents that were involved in the early 2000s investigation, they had this FD-71. Both of us were only aware of this FD-71. I couldn't find anything else associated to it.
