[EXTERNAL EMAIL] - Note to file re call with Peter Brill re

I just spoke on the phone with Peter Brill. I informed him of the nature of my conversation with earlier today (see previous note to file). Brill asked why the defense would want to call I said that the only relevance I could think of was that one of the victims at trial testified that someone named was present for sex acts after that victim was over the age of consent, but the victim did not say it was and did not identify as the person who engaged in sex acts. I further informed Brill that I did not know whether or not Epstein had engaged in any sexual activity with Brill asked for defense counsel's contact information, and I gave him number. I told Brill we would like to speak with if she remains on the defense witness list, and Brill indicated he understood.
