I understand that the above British national has been arrested in New Hampshire and is to appearat the Federal Courthouse in Concord later today.
No formal notification has been received from the FBI, who we believe is the arresting authority in this case.
Can youplease let me know where Ms Maxwell is being detained prior to her appearance in court, and if it would be possible to speak with her? If not,I would appreciate if she could be provided with the emergency line for the British Consulate . This is available at any time, should Ms Maxwell require consular assistance.

Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested on 7.2.20 pursuant to a federal arrest warrant issued out of the SDNY. She was indicted on June 29, 2020 on a six count indictment. Charges arc below:
18USC 371 (conspiracy to entice minor) I 8USC 2422 and 2 (enticement of a minor) 18USC 371 (conspiracy to transport minors) 18USC 2423(a) and 2 (transportation of a minor) 18USC 1623 (perjury)
Maxwell is presently being held by the US Marshals office in Merrimack County in New Hampshire pending her initial appearance.
