I apologize for any confusion from the initial e-mail, as I found this e-mail online after reading Commissioner Dick would be cooperating with investigations relating to Jeffrey Esptein and Ghislaine Maxwell.

Is there a specific contact or department within the Commissioner's office regarding crimes committed outside

More specifically, whom would be dealing directly with the United States FBI and Department of Homeland Security for interagency cooperation?

I sent previous information in good faith that it would reach the Commissioner directly, following her disclosure of intent to investigate criminal actions involving Andrew.

Is there a preferred departmental contact for interagency cooperation?

I am the crime victim and a United States citizen seeking to share information and have a reliable contact for follow-up.

I just received the information below and wanted to forward it on to you. The female complainant, [REDACTED], contacted the Metropolitan Police regarding Epstein and Maxwell. It is unclear whether or not she is located in [REDACTED], but the Met concurs with you reaching out to her directly.

Below she references a complaint she made to HSI on 6 July 2020. I have not queried HSI here about any report, but let me know if you need me to or if you will handle on your end.
