I have been doing a lot of work with regards to Johan Eliasch over the previous 2-3 years and I believe he may also have some ties to the underlying acts in the case you are bringing in this particular case. Mr. Eliasch is not a US Citizen but a Sweden living in the UK.

I'm sure you receive many emails, but Johan Eliasch has 3 aircrafts and a search of the aircraft logs (tail #'s). I think would show a connection. Johan Eliasch recently changed the tail number of an aircraft he uses the most (Falcon 900 Serial # 1) to an Aruba registration.
