RE: Prince Andrew/Steve Scully

a former IT contractor on Jeffrey Epstein's Little St James island, has told us that he once saw Prince An drew groping and kissing there.

He estimates that it was between 2001 and 2004.

At the time, he remembered seeing Prince Andrew with a young-looking woman on loungers by a swimming pool on the island.

He says they were groping and kissing for about 15 minutes while he fixed a phone line. He says the blonde girl did not like she was resisting Andrew in any way.

says he bumped into them on the same day, where the Duke of York told they engaged in small talk very briefly.

was only shown a picture of in 2019 —and he now believes it was her he saw with Andrew.

He says he has been questioned by the FBI about his links to Little St James twice, but has never been specifically asked — or told - about Prince Andrew or

He says he is prepared to speak to the FBI about what he saw, if asked, and lawyers.

Please let me know if there is to be a comment on this matter.
