Re: [EXTERNAL EMAIL] - Jeffrey Epstein
HI,
Hope all is well.
I have been speaking to the DOJ who told me a few months ago that they reopened the investigation about JE's death. This week they told me that they were not investigating the death but were investigating the circumstances in the prison that allowed this to happen. He said that the FBI was in charge of the investigation into the death itself. I have still not been able to find out what position JE's body was in when first found dead in the cell. Ryas was the guard who first discovered JE's body. Is there any way to question him about what he saw? It is two and a half years after the death, and to not have an answer to this simple question is beyond unreasonable. Who in the FBI is in charge of this?
Thanks,
Mark Epstein
