Co-Executors of Estate of Jeffery Epstein response to Grand Jury Subpoenas Zip 1

Pursuant to the May 28, 2020 grand jury subpoenas (numbers 2020R00037-007 and 2020R00037-008) to the Co- Executors of the Estate of Jeffrey E. Epstein, we produce documents with the Bates numbers DVI GJ 000001 through 000102. These documents are responsive to items 1, 2, 3, 5, and 10 of the Subpoenas. As discussed with AUSA Brooks on June 2, 2020, the only existing trust, the 1953 Trust, is a pour-over trust and thus does not have any accounts, assets, or liabilities. As a result, there are no documents responsive to items 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 of the Subpoenas. The documents are broken up into two zip files. The first is attached and I will send the second momentarily.
