RE: Robert Hadden

We wanted to give you a heads up about a case involving Robert Hadden, a former OB-GYN at Columbia who abused many of his patients. We are making a final charging decision on Tuesday, but we anticipate charging the case on September 8, with the arrest following later that week. As in the Epstein case, we will want to coordinate closely with the FBI about a hotline for other victims and people with information to call. There is some possibility that this case will result in a press conference in addition to a press release.

Happy to chat further, and we will know more on Tuesday, but we wanted to give you a heads up before next week.

We wanted to let you know that we will be holding a press conference for this case. We are planning the arrest for next week, either 9/9 or 9/10. We expect to have a firm date by the end of today.

To prepare for the press conference, could you send us the final versions of the USA's remarks and the anticipated questions/answers for both the Epstein and Maxwell cases?

Does it make sense to have a conversation about the potential graphic for the press conference, as well as any other issues?
