The individual whose photo we sent is named nd worked in Saint Thomas for a number of years, and may have had a friendship with Jeffrey Epstein during that time. In particular, has been to Epstein's home in the Virgin Islands and has accompanied Epstein on boat, helicopter, and/or plane trips.

Mr. was listed as a contact in phone, and may have introduced one or more individuals to at a bar or other location in the Virgin Islands.
