It looks like your request concerning scene photographs includes photographs taken by OCME. By extension, I expect that you are also including the 360 scan. Please confirm if this reading is correct.

Please also confirm whether your request is intended to last only for the duration of any federal investigation, or whether you intend the restriction on disclosure to be permanent.

I note also that, if we receive a court order (including a court-ordered subpoena) for the unredacted file, we will notify you so that you can seek to preserve any investigative confidentiality, but we comply with court orders.

Additionally, please let me know if you will handle the voicemail I received from MCC and forwarded to you yesterday, or if I should return that call.

1. Correct, please withhold the 360 scan as well as the scene photos.

2. We do not intend to request that these materials be permanently withheld. We will advise you when we no longer request that certain aspects, or any aspects, of the report be withheld.

3. Understood, and we appreciate your willingness to let us know if and when that happens so that we can seek appropriate process to protect our ongoing investigation.
