RE: United States v. Ghislaine Maxwell, 20 Cr. 330 (AJN)
This image is not a chart. It contains a message from an Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney's Office, Southern District of New York. The message states that an order regarding a trial date is attached and that further information will be provided when available. The rest of the text is a standard confidentiality disclaimer for electronic messages.
Just as a follow up. I just heard back from and she said her strong preference is as early as possible in the fall — [ ]
early September would be her preference. and her husband are going through the process of trying to adopt a
baby and the birth mother is due in early November (and of course babies can sometimes come a bit earlier). The birth
mother has not finalized the match so this is a fluid situation but wants to make sure she is able to be there
when the baby is born and of course care for her newborn immediately following the birth. I will keep you updated but
strong preference is for as early as possible.
All my best,
Sigrid

Sigrid,
We are preparing our letter to the Court about the trial date, which is due on Monday. Based on our conversation, we believe the following is accurate but please let us know if you would like to discuss: is available to testify at a trial if it is scheduled to begin November 29, 2021. would likely be unavailable for trial between October 1, 2021 and Thanksgiving.
Thanks,
Hello -that looks correct. What was Maxwell's proposal on a date?
