Interlochen subpoenas

Interlochen's attorney has now confirmed (1) that Interlochen will not disclose a subpoena for records regarding donations by Epstein and Maxwell; (2) Interlochen is obligated under FERPA to disclose a subpoena for records regarding students to the students who are the subjects of the subpoena. In light of that information, I've put together two subpoenas: one for donor information with our standard request for non-disclosure, and a second for student information with an NDO package.

Would one of you mind taking a look to make sure you're ok with how I phrased the riders on both and are comfortable with my factual recitation in the NDO application? Once you're signed off, I'll send to the chiefs. Also happy to discuss.
